Doyle Brunson, Poker Icon

The poker community is saddened to hear the news of the death of Doyle Brunson, widely regarded as one of the world’s most talented and respected players One of the game’s world history. His departure left an indelible legacy that will always be remembered by the poker community.

Brunson was born in Texas in 1933 and grew up playing poker. His extraordinary talent earned him numerous titles throughout his career, most notably his two World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event titles in 1976 and 1977. These accomplishments cemented his status as a living poker legend.



In addition to Brunson’s success with the publication of his book “Supersystem,” he left a lasting legacy on the table.
